Kozhikode which is also known as Calicut is a city in the Indian state of Kerala. It has been a prosperous trading city since the 14th century. Vasco Da Gama first landed just 15kms north of the city during ancient times.
The best time to visit Kerala is during its winter season between September to March. This is the time when Kerala has a comfortable climate and pleasant weather with less humidity.

Pick-up from Kannur Airport/Railway station and drive to Wayanad. It will take 2.30 hours to reach Wayanad.
On arrival check-in to your hotel. You can visit local Market of Wayanad. Overnight stay in Hotel.
After breakfast you will start local sightseeing of Wayanad.
Wayanad is known for its green mountains, lush forests and green paddy fields. You will explore Edakkal Caves, Soochippara Falls, Wayanad Wildlife Sanctuary, Pookode Lake and Chembra Peak. In evening back to your hotel. Overnight stay in Hotel.
After breakfast you will visit Banasura Sagar Dam and will drop to Kannur/Kozhikode International Airport or Kannur railway station.
